The logo, used by the California Baptist Lancers teams at the beginning of the 2000s, featured a stylized depiction of the program’s mascot, Lance the Lancer, which was first introduced in the middle of the 1950s. However, the mascot is drawn in such an abstract way, that one might only see a geometric shield with a horizontally located lighting bolt on top. It was executed in blue and gold, and placed on the left from the uppercase “Lancers” lettering in gold, with a thin white and blue outline.

Sometimes the graphical part of the logo can be used with no additional lettering. There is also an alternate logo of the program, which is the geometric “CBU” abbreviation with sharp triangular cut-outs in the internal parts of the characters.
