The logo had a form of a horizontally positing oval, while the color palette consisted of national Italian colors – red, green, and white with a blue being added to these colors. A grand eagle wrapped its wings around the company name. The latter was printed in two lines – “Auqila” was done in blue sing a bold, geometric, sans-serif font, while the “Italiana” portion was placed on the red strip and had the bottom of the letters follow the shape of the oval base.

The company soon refined its original idea, adding a golden color. The eagle in this emblem looks more majestic and powerful thanks to the color and more detailed drawing.
