2012 – Today
The Placeit logo, designed in 2012, hasn’t been changed for many years. The concept of the badge is based on black lettering in a fancy cursive typeface( with the first part executed in bold style, and the “it” — in a lightweight one. For the emblem, the platform uses a solid green leaf, which has a very tender yet bright shade and looks very modern in its shape.
The platform also has an icon, which is a dark-gray letter “P” on a white background, executed in the same typeface as the primary logotype.
Font and color
The elegant lettering on the Placeit logo is set in a confident and modern cursive font, with straight cuts of the bars and delicate contours. The closest types to the one, used in this insignia, are, probably, FS Lola Bold Italic for the first part, and its lighter version — for the second.
As for the color palette of the Placeit visual identity, it has two main colors — black and white, but for the icon black turns grey, which looks very elegant and modern.
