Pepperdine Waves is the name of the athletic program from the Pepperdine University, which is located in California, USA. 1998 – 2003
In 1998-2003, an even more cluttered emblem was used featuring a mythic ocean inhabitant.
2004 – 2010
2011 – Today
The current Pepperdine Waves logo features a large “P” in navy blue with orange trim. The soft curve of the “P” and the blue color conjure up the ocean waves, while the orange trim was probably inspired by the bright sun of California.
