IRCTC logo

The emblem for Indian Railways Catering and Tourism Corporation was introduced in 1999. The badge features a strict yet elegant blue, light gray, and white color palette, which stands for security, reliability, and professional approach.

The logo has a pretty complicated composition, it is formed of a stylized triangular crest, with a light gray framing, and a solid blue square with the white capital “R” on it. The letter has no left vertical bar, which makes the whole logo recognizable. The triangular shield is accompanied by three bold and sharp blue orbits, coming out of it to three sides, moving clockwise.

The clean lines, sharp ends, and interesting shapes of all the elements add a modern and elegant feeling to the strict color palette, making the whole badge sophisticated and timeless.
