Coltorti Boutique was founded by the Coltorti family in 1934 in Jesi, Italy. Now in its third generation, the luxury retailer began as a small shop and grew into a renowned name in fashion.
Over nearly 90 years, Coltorti expanded from one boutique to four in Italy—Ancona, Pescara, San Benedetto del Tronto, and Macerata—while launching an e-commerce platform in 2015, now serving 102 countries with over 200 brands. A 2023 partnership with NHN Commerce brought a €10 million investment, fueling global growth.
Today, Coltorti is rebranding as Residenza 725, enhancing its e-commerce and opening a new store in Andermatt, Switzerland, in 2024, aiming for €200 million in sales by 2027.

The wordmark in all capitals is executed in a bold sans-serif typeface, which is very similar to Optima Nova Bold SC, designed by Herman Zapf in the 1960s. The font has an interesting history of creation, as it was inspired by Santa Croce Church of Florence. The designer was visiting it in 1950 and fell in love with the architecture of the building.
