The logo of the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) can be broken down into two parts. On the left, there is the white “W” over the red map of the state of Wisconsin. Next to it, there is the lettering “IAC” in blue. Together, the two parts form the word “WIAC.”
The design team that worked on the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference logo opted for a traditional serif typeface looking pretty static.
Meaning and history
Most of the member institutions comprising the WIAC are located in Wisconsin. Also, there are members from Minnesota and Illinois. The conference is affiliated with the NCAA’s Division III.
