Meaning and history
The retro feel appears due to the old-fashioned telephone depicted on the emblem. The phone is black and is placed inside a blue circle. To the left, there is the lettering “CSAC.” On the background, there is a banner showcasing a pattern consisting of red and white stripes. The stripes, the stars encircling the telephone, as well as the banner shape contribute to the “patriotic” effect, which is only reinforced by the choice of the colors.
