There is something metallic about the logo. There is a lot of depth, too. The design looks like a badge made of metal (or at least of a material capable of taking a 3D form).
In the center of the logo, you can see the abbreviation “NACC,” which is complemented by the lettering “Northern Athletics” in smaller glyphs. Below, you can see the text “Collegiate Conference” given in a different type. On the older emblem, it appears to be somewhat darker than on the one currently published on the official website.
