The first reaction to the phrase Natural Light is usually: “Oh! This is a nice budget beer!” Natural Light is made from premium hops and a mixture of malt and corn. Recently, it introduced vodka. Natural Light Vodka has a strength of only 30 degrees. The drink is presented in three flavors – lemonade, strawberry lemonade, and black cherry. Anheuser-Busch says the drink is very tasty, and it is ready to guarantee that consumers will like it and refund those who do not like it. The brand attracted attention in 2021 with a new art object, which, according to the company, is the most expensive in the world. It is an installation of 2,600 real college diplomas.

Meaning and History

Beer under the Natural Light brand has been on the market since 1977. The American beer brand Natural Light is owned by Anheuser-Busch. The latter owns several beer brands in the United States. The company operates 23 breweries, 14 distributors, and 23 agricultural and packaging facilities throughout the country.  In 2019, the brand released Natural Light seltzer with cherry-lime and peach-mango flavors. The drink contains 6% alcohol, which is more than most competing brands, and at the same time costs about 20 percent less. In 2021, the Natural Light brand expanded its portfolio with such products as lozenges, seltzer, and its first trio of lemonade vodkas. It also began selling alcoholic fruit ice with 8% alcohol. Natural Light is currently the sixth most popular beer brand in the United States.

The Natural Light logo features a stylish and clean design that includes the brand name “Natural Light” in a bold and easy-to-read font.  The name is split between two lines, where the top line has a slightly bigger font. There is also a small tagline that says “Beer” in a fine font of the same deep blue color. The logo also incorporates elements that emphasize the brand’s connection to nature and frame the word “Light” on either side. The overall aesthetic is designed to convey a sense of simplicity, refreshment, and a casual lifestyle.

Font and Color

The color scheme includes a bright, eye-catching blue color as well as splashes of gold, which contribute to its lively appearance. The lightness of azure blue also gives a fresh and clean impression. Blue is generally viewed as a color that signifies trustworthiness and dependability. Meanwhile, the golden color refers to the color of the beverage. It is also worth noting that golden has historical significance and is often connected to heritage, tradition, and established brands.

The company chose a very elegant ink pen font with high contrast between thick and thin strokes. It has flare serifs and a classic, slightly artistic style. The font is similar in style to Midnight Blue Regular font.
