Most Famous Volleyball Logos

Volleyball has been around since 1859. The game was invented by William Morgan from the state of Massachusetts (USA). Being the head of a youth sports organization, Morgan decided to invent a new team ball game. Over time, the game from America reached China and Japan, and even later got to Europe, it happened in the early twentieth century. The idea of the new sport was based on a net. Morgan stretched it on an empty court at a 2-meter height. To his pupils, he set the only condition: to throw the ball over it. In those years, a simple bull bubble was used instead, and volleyball got its own special ball later.

America is not only the birthplace of volleyball but also a country in which this sport is still one of the most popular, moreover, women’s volleyball is the most popular sport here. The thing is that the U.S. system of sports is built in such a way that at the children’s and youth level male and female teams in all sports were approximately equal in number, and since in some sports girls do not perform, the Americans decided that some sports will be more mass for girls to maintain this balance. And volleyball is just from this series, which means that it is one of the best sports to enter American schools and universities, as well as to get an athletic scholarship.

Below we have gathered for you a list of American organizations related to this sport and their logos. There are many such organizations in the country, including associations, leagues, and championships. Let’s take a closer look.
