The design is simple but it has plenty of meaning behind it.
The color palette can be seen as a neutral choice. However, black is also often associated with evil things. It is often associated with Satan, which is quite applicable to the series’ theme. At the same time, the inscription is placed on a white base, which can stand for the good balancing out the bad.
The font choice made this logo look unique and perfectly reflected the spirit of the TV series. The typeface is obviously a custom one, but it has a lot in common with the Schola Serif Regular font.
