What is Envoy Air?
Envoy Air is an American regional airline that operates as a subsidiary of American Airlines. It serves as a crucial link between smaller regional airports and major hubs, providing essential connectivity for passengers. With a fleet of regional aircraft, Envoy Air plays a vital role in expanding American Airlines’ network and enhancing overall air travel accessibility in the United States.
The air carrier’s first logo was created at the end of the 1990s, and stayed in use for quite a long time. The badge was set in a patriotic blue and red color palette; with the stylized eagle, formed by two parallelograms in blue and red, and a red “American Eagle” inscription, with the first part set in geometric sans-serif, and the second — in an elegant script font.
The redesign of 2013 has simplified the composition of the American Eagle logo, placing a redrawn emblem on the right from the simple title case lettering in blue stable sans-serif characters. The emblem got smaller and the eagle was now inscribed into the shape of the airplane wing, with the top part in blue, and the bottom — in red.
The Envoy name came out in 2014, with the new logo. The composition has kept the blue and red color palette, with blue as the main color. It was a stylish lowercase lettering in deep blue, with a small attached triangle in red, set above the right bar of the last letter, “Y”.
