The Rieleros de Aguascalientes are one of the most known teams of the Mexican League. Their logo perfectly fits the team’s name, which means “Aguascalientes Railroaders.”
While baseball came to Aguascalientes at the turn of the 20th century, it was only in 1975 that the baseball franchise Aguascalientes Rieleros was founded. The team spent the four years between 2008 and 2012 in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, before returning to its home city.
