Reliance Communications Limited is the name of an Indian telecommunications company, which was founded in 2004 by Anil Ambani. The company mostly works as a 4G network provider for mobile phones, but also works in the fields of digital television and wireless internet.
Reliance Communications is directly related to one of India’s most influential companies. Founded in 1966 by Dhirubhai Ambani, Reliance Textile Industries started as a textile company but has grown into one of India’s largest companies with assets in refining, finance, telecom, energy, and many other verticals. After Ambani Sr. died in 2002 without a will, his two sons started their own companies. One of them was Anil, founder of Reliance Communications.

In terms of visual identity, Reliance Communications uses clean simple shapes and a traditional tricolor palette, which represents professionalism, loyalty, and confidence. The main part of the logo is taken by the graphical emblem, which is placed above the three levels of the lettering.
The Reliance Communications logo, executed in a blue, red, and white color palette, features a massive yet laconic emblem, set above the blue “Reliance”, the red “Communications” under it, and the small “Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group”, written as a tagline and separated from the main badge by a thin blue horizontal line.
The RCom emblem is a stylized letter “A”, formed by three peaks — blue on the outside, white in the middle, and red on the inside. The blue line features a rounded peak, the white has it softened, and, finally, the red — sharp. The same emblem in a smaller size and thinner lines is also used in the blue “Reliance” lettering, replacing the letter “A”.
The upper line of the inscription is written in a mix of lowercase and uppercase letters, which all feature the same height, while two red bottom lines are executed in a title case of a more traditional sans-serif with the round shape of the letters and distinct cuts of the lines.
