What is Portland State Vikings?

1999 – 2015

The old Portland State Vikings logo, which was used in 1999-2015, looked very dynamic and sleek. Here, you could see the side view of a Viking’s helmet in dark green, grey, and white. The shape of the left edge of the helmet suggested speed and motion.

2016 – Today

In 2016, a more abstract logo was introduced. Here, you could see the letters “P” and “S” forming a shield shape. The emblem was dominated by white and dark green but it did not include the silver, which is also part of the official palette.
