Manscaped has become something of a sensation on the international market, because before that no company specializing in the production of men’s products for shaving intimate areas, has not been able to achieve such success in such a short time.

Meaning and history

Manscaping is a colloquial term that refers to the grooming of vegetation on the male body. And it is this term that formed the basis of a business concept created by Vietnamese immigrant, Paul Tran in 2017.

Manscaped wasn’t Paul’s first project. He had previously launched a skincare brand that offered a non-surgical solution for wrinkles and stretch marks. So Tran already had experience in both cosmetology and business.

The entrepreneur’s new brand, Manscaped, has become a pioneer in the field of intimate men’s care. And in just a few years since the beginning of its activities, the brand has managed to win the trust of millions of consumers from all over the world. Manscaped has managed to do this quite easily, as the brand has immediately embraced digitalization and offers its products mainly through online marketplaces.

Manscaped also knows a lot about cool advertising. For example, the video, presented in 2024 and created by the American agency Pereira O’Dell, was immediately recognized as a masterpiece of modern advertising.

What is Manscaped?
Manscaped is the name of an American men’s hygiene brand specializing in developing innovative body care solutions. Their flagship product is the Lawn Mower 4.0 intimate trimmer, which is considered one of the best in its category.

In terms of visual identity, Manscaped is neat yet strong, elegant yet masculine. The fine emblem is perfectly balanced by stable geometric lettering, and the traditional color palette of the badge makes it look chic.

The Manscaped logo consists of two parts, which can be used together or separately. The logotype of the brand is an uppercase inscription in a geometric sans-serif terrace with stencils and slightly narrowed contours. It can be written whether in black on a white background or in a reverse version. The emblem of the American brand depicts an upside-down heart symbol with two wings in the center and “rainbow-like” lines on the sides. The delicate ornate heart resembles men’s testicles and represents the main specialization of the brand.

Font and color

The bold geometric lettering from the primary Manscaped logo is set in the uppercase of a narrowed sans-serif typeface, which is quite similar to such commercial fonts as TS Kirt or TT Lakes Neue, with some modifications of the characters’ contours.

As for the color palette of the Manscaped visual identity, it is based on a timeless and elegant combination of black, white, and gold, which always looks chic and fancy, and says a lot about the professionalism of the brand.
