FSP Technology Inc. is a company specializing in the manufacturing of computer peripherals. It was founded in 1993 in Taiwan. FSP is the company’s own brand elaborated by its specialists in 2003. Having announced as its management conception “service, profession, and innovation” the company started rapidly developing. Today FSP Group is one of the world leading power supply producers. Apart from power supply units for personal computer, the firm produces a broad variety of uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) and chargers for mobile USB devices.
With the development of FSP own brand in 2003, the first version of the company’s logo was introduced. It was very simple and concise, it contained just the company name in block letters, “FSP”. The abbreviation was made in a font very close to the commercial Texicali Alt S Semi Bold. The horizontal bars of the letters “F” and “P” bypassed the vertical ones. The wordmark was made in deep and dark berry blue colour. Simultaneously, there was a logo version in Chinese script.
Lately, a new logotype has been designed for FSP Group products. It has the same wordmark “FSP” as before, made in the same colour and font. But this time the wordmark is supplemented by an emblem located to the left of the brand name. The emblem contains the same abbreviation, FSP. Its blue letters “F” and “P” are fused together, and the letter “C” is guessed in the white border between the two others. The abbreviation is surrounded by a blue line in the form of an ellipse, resembling the orbit of a planet. The emblem can be used in conjunction with the wordmark by its side, or independently. The colour palette remains the same: white and berry blue.
The current FSP logo is designed to emphasize the leading position of the company and its innovative technology in the area of power supply and the cultivation of green energy field, as well as highly competitive quality products which make FSP the most trustworthy partner for its customers
