ALTA is a Blockchain laboratory that entered development in 2015 and released officially in 2023. Its goal is to provide an environment and solutions to help developers create decentralized proejcts. ALTA is often used to scale existing crypto projects via special, innovative instruments.
The software was known as ‘The top of the world’ until 2023. At the release, the name was changed to ‘ALTA’, which means ‘high’ or ‘elevated’ in Spanish and other languages.

The original logo depicted a black triangle with its top separated from the rest of the figure. Beneath the emblem is the brand’s then-name, ‘Top of the world’, which alludes to the crypto industry being at the forefront of IT development.
In 2023, they redesign the logo to appear more fluid and modern. They essentially rounded the top of the lower part, which also rounded the bottom of the upper part of the emblem. It’s also supposed to resemble the letter ‘A’ (for ‘ALTA’), whereas the former name was removed from the emblem entirely.
The brand also uses a wordmark, often alongside the emblem but sometimes separately. The letters used in this inscription are fluid and simplistic. The letters ‘A’, for instance, are written with just a single curve, no central lines. The letter ‘T’ has a big round cut in its middle.
The letters are fully capitalized, and are usually colored black.
The company also changed its name from Top of the World to ALTA during the rebranding.
